Rush Design Add-on: The Rush Design approach will allow us to assign a dedicated professional designer to your entire order and reduce the design time frame to approximately 3.5 - 4 weeks plus an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Please note that this is simply an estimated timeline since the more revisions you request to be made during the proofing stages, the longer the design process will be. The above estimated timeline assumes only 1 revision request throughout the entire design process. This applies to both Standard and Rush orders.
Unlike the Standard Design, the Rush Design process ALLOWS UP TO 1 REVISION and a timely response during all design phases. Failure to do so will jeopardize the entire Rush Design process, and therefore, the delivery date will not be met. We will not be responsible for any design completion and/or delivery delays if you exceed the maximum number of allowed revisions.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE IMPORTANT NOTE: If you expect the finished product to be delivered by December 24th, the order must be placed and all the personalization information provided to us no later than:
- Standard Design: October 15th
- Rush Design: November 18th.
IMPORTANT NOTE: NEITHER STANDARD NOR RUSH DESIGN ORDERS PLACED AFTER NOVEMBER 18 WILL BE COMPLETED AND DELIVERED BEFORE DECEMBER 24th.

DESIGN TIMELINE: Upon initiation of the sculpting process, customers receive their initial set of proofs for review within 2-3 business days. The Standard design process typically spans 4 to 6 weeks, with an additional week allocated for delivery. Unless clients opt for our Rush Design Order Add-On, they can anticipate delivery within 5-6 weeks for Standard Orders and 3.5-4 weeks for Rush Orders. It's important to note that this timeline is an estimate, subject to adjustment based on the number of revision requests during the proofing stages. The provided estimate assumes only one revision request throughout the entire design process, applicable to both Standard and Rush orders.
We utilize 100% Polyresin material in the craftsmanship of our bobbleheads, distinguished for its high-quality resin compound, commonly employed in statues, figurines, and decorative furniture. In contrast, many competitors resort to Polymer Clay, an inferior, low-quality sculpting material prone to drying, cracking, and deterioration under standard conditions. The discerning choice between these materials is imperative.
DESIGN & PROOFING PROCESS:
Outlined below is a comprehensive overview of our design process, encompassing details about our design teams, timelines, proof revision phases, and client expectations:
Our commitment to customer satisfaction underscores a collaborative approach throughout every phase of the design process. This collaborative effort entails active involvement from both customers and our professional design team.
The design process starts approximately 2 to 3 business days following the submission, review, and approval of personalization information you provide. Upon completion of the initial set of proofs, customers are contacted via email, providing detailed snapshots of the work in progress for their review and feedback. These preliminary proofs typically depict the raw form of the head(s), usually clay-sculpted. Written approval is required prior to progressing to subsequent stages, with a turnaround time of up to 8 business days between revisions. It's imperative to meticulously review all structural characteristics during this initial stage of the design process, including smiles, hairstyles, eye and mouth shapes, as well as cheek and jaw lines.
Revision requests are accommodated at no additional cost until customers are fully satisfied. However, subsequent modifications post-approval requires restarting the sculpting and painting processes, incurring a $25 charge per bobblehead. It's crucial to recognize that an increased number of revisions extends the design process accordingly.
As customers evaluate the provided head proofs, it's essential to acknowledge the inherently caricatures-que nature of bobbleheads, characterized by exaggerated features while maintaining a distinct likeness. Unlike figurines or busts, bobbleheads exhibit disproportionate facial and head features, leaning toward a cartoonish aesthetic. Customers seeking a photorealistic replica are advised to explore alternative products.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
In light of the personalized nature of our products, cancellations, partial or full refunds, and store credit requests are not entertained once the design process has started or 24 hours have elapsed since order placement.
Upon order placement, customers are responsible for promptly providing the required personalization information and photographs. Lack of communication in response to initial order confirmations and subsequent correspondence does not warrant order cancellations, refunds, or store credits.
During the initial design phase, customers are provided with clay proofs for review and feedback. Written approval at this stage indicates comprehensive satisfaction with sculpted facial characteristics, body shape, and pose, if applicable.
In the subsequent and final design phase, material solidification and color tone application occur in accordance with customer specifications. No facial or body structural changes are made during this phase, adhering to the approved clay proofs. Discrepancies between color proofs and provided photographs do not justify order cancellations, refunds, or store credits, as the approved clay proofs serve as the definitive reference.
